There are times in life that we find ourselves in critical moments or situations. This is an opportunity through having a series of interviews with a professional in Psychology can be of great help to confront the challenges that these new or complex situations require.

These psychological interventions can take root in distinct situations or problems, such as:

· Creative crisis.
· Mourning.
· Illnesses.
· Labour difficulties.
· Couple or family related problems.
· Separations and/or break-ups.
· Confrontation and acceptance of new personal and professional challenges.
· Migrations and adaptations to new cultural surroundings.


Interventions in critical situations with children, adolescents and adults, is a question of uncovering the motive of the crisis, and guiding the situation through the most adequate channels.
